Our firm's practice is primarily transaction-based - with particular experience in the drafting and negotiation of agreements regarding the production and recording of master recordings, film and television production, artist management, songwriting, music publishing and music licensing.

B&K also counsels clients regarding the acquisition and sale of entertainment industry intellectual properties, and the structuring of related agreements.
